15 Verses to Help You Deal with Burnout

Regardless of who you are, how hardworking you are or how strong you are, most of us end up feeling burned out and exhausted at some point. This can be physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually. We can all get to a point where we feel overwhelmed and it can become almost impossible to function normally. Check out these verses to see what the Bible says about burnout and how God is able to get us through these times.

Matthew 11:28

Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”’

Isaiah 40:28-30
