Operations & Production Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing brand and be part of an incredible journey sharing faith through media in an engaging and creative way to women across various media platforms. 

This role is designed for someone with a strong editorial outlook, well versed in social media, immersed in culture, and a heart for collaboration and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities across a month (includes all but not limited to) 

Copywriting 

  • Copywriting for all social media captions across Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn. Ability to garner conversation and engagement through this.

  • Copywriting for all marketing emails

  • Brainstorming and executing ideas on how best to bring main content offerings to life on social media and emails

  • Establishing a consistent brand tone for Magnify across all platforms

  • Ensuring all copy across social media and emails resonates with our community


Social Media

  • A good understanding of Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn and how they can be leveraged to engage and grow Magnify’s reach and impact 

  • Understanding of how the Magnify community uses each of these 3 platforms

  • Developing key phrases in line with Magnify tone to enhance SEO

  • Working alongside the wider team to build a long-term social media strategy

  • Uploading and scheduling signed off content 

  • Short Form Video Content Review & Feedback 

  • Responding to comments across social media 


Digital Content Contributor Collaboration

  • Researching and confirming contributors for our weekly Instagram affirmations 

  • Ensuring deadlines for all submissions are met


Podcast 

  • Liaising with podcast guests 


Blog 

  • Upload and schedule content to the blog 

  • Responding to blog comments 


Key Outcomes 

  • Dynamic and engaging content that serves and speaks to our target audience

  • Growth of the reach of our podcast

  • An expanding global network of podcast guests and contributors 

  • Refining our distinctive tone of voice across social media 


Desired Attributes and Skills 

  • Minimum 3 years full time work experience in a content capacity 

  • Fully immersed in culture and good understanding of faith and popular culture

  • Ability to understand the Magnify audience and what drives consumer behaviour around faith, work and lifestyle

  • A passion for impactful stories at the intersection of faith and culture

  • Strong research skills

  • Attention to detail

Structure of the role

  • 3 full days per week (within Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm hours)

  • Proximity to London for monthly in-person team meetings
